I had already known Peter for a long time and to do him a favor, I booked the band at Kursaal Oostende. It sold out and that freaked me out. I was afraid the people were expecting Mark Knopfler to appear. Telegraph Road opens the concert. I am hiding in the back of the auditorium. The song ends and the people stand up and cheer. That was the first of many standing ovations. Over the years, Chris and Terence have become friends and we have lived many musical adventures together, including the conquering of France.
