About me

I have been running and promoting events for as long as I can remember... My mother was the one who put me (quite to my disliking) on stage at a very early age. I travelled the world with Up With People when I was 18 and that is something I can recommend to anyone. I still benefit from that one year every single day.

After graduating as a Commercial Translater I tried my hand at "a real job" but my life took me back to communication, marketing and cultural events. I was part of the original team of short sea container operator ECS European Containers and went on to organize large public events in Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

I am fascinated by technology and everything the internet has to offer. In 1996 I registered my first web site domain (www.ecs.be). It was not only my first one, but also one of the first in Belgium.

In everything I do I want to blow minds. Time and time again. I listen. I respect. I take a different look. I share and I give it all I've got to create events and campaigns that rock.

I joined MB Presents from the start and still enjoy seeing the twinkles in the eyes of the people attending our events.

In the past, I have had the privilege and honor of working for (among others) the City of Kortrijk, Kursaal Oostende, The Flemish Primitives, Fire-Starter and MB Presents. I got to realize projects for large entertainment brands such as MAMMA MIA!, Harry Potter - The Exhibition, 2Cellos, The Dire Straits Experience, Hans Zimmer Live on Tour, Star Wars Identities, Eating The Gap, The Friends Experience and Cirque du Soleil.
